Madhav Cotex traces its roots to the 1980s, when its founders entered the PU foam trade — building deep knowledge of the material, the market and the needs of manufacturers long before the first block was poured.
In 2011, that knowledge became manufacturing. A continuous slabstock foaming line was established, and Madhav Cotex began supplying foam blocks to furniture and mattress manufacturers across North India.
In the years that followed, we scaled deliberately — adding peeling in 2020, CNC cutting in 2023, and relocating to a purpose-built 10-acre campus in Kharkhoda in 2024 to support what came next.
In 2025, we installed a Hennecke continuous line — Germany's benchmark for foam precision. Today, Madhav Cotex produces 800 tonnes of foam monthly across 35+ grades, supplying furniture manufacturers, mattress brands, lamination houses and institutional buyers across India.
